1. Products
a. Quality of our products is checked to ensure that they are in good conditions before shipping out.
b. Colour of the items displayed on the screen may differ from the actual items as it depends on
your monitor display.
2. Pricing
a. All our prices are final and priced in SGD.
b. PoutyGossips reserved the rights to amend pricing and terms of sales at any time.
3. Payment
a. PoutyGossips work on a first pay first served basis. To ensure that you secure your item,
it is advisable to make payment on time.
b. Please make payment only after you have received an order confirmation email from us, and within
24 hours upon receiving the confirmation email.
c. Failure to make payment after confirmation or backing out after placing order will render
you a deadbuyer and will be blacklisted.

f. If payment is via ATM transfer, please retain the snapshot of the ATM receipt as a proof of purchase

g. International buyers will have to bear all bank charges for payment via T/T.
4. Shipping
Items will be mailed out on the next working day upon payment verification. (Working days: Monday -
Friday)
Do note that we make charges only according to postage and no additional costs.
a. For local shipping: Do allow 2- 5 working days for Singpost to deliver the parcel.
i. Normal postage: Free
ii. Registered postage: SGD$3.75
b. For international shipping: Charges will vary depending on the locations and weights. Delivery may take
5 - 14 working days.

c. We are not responsible for any lost mails. Hence, registered postage is highly recommended as parcel

5. Exchanges and Refunds
a. We do not do exchanges, refunds, trades or negotiations at any point. However, we do make
exceptions for defective items and we are notified within 5 days upon receiving your items.
b. Defective items include those with manufacturing defects and are subject to the approval and
evaluation from PoutyGossips.
c. Buyers must bear full responsibility of mailing cost, and having the items mail back to us intact and
in original packaging.
